We take care of the entire bag production process. We closely monitor the design phase, helping to choose the most suitable materials and adjusting the patterns to achieve an optimal result.
We have a global design and development team that can design any type of leather, ornament or texture.
Technical processes such as weaving or sewing, together with a balanced mix between tradition and innovation in development, make our bags stand out for its quality and finishings.
Materials
Quality, variety, and flexibility in production. We adapt to all kind of materials from the most traditional, such as leather or natural canvas, to recycled materials, vegan leather, or organic fabrics.
We are experts in sourcing both materials and any elements that can be incorporated into our bags.
Our experience in purchasing locally and internationally, as well as our own factories in Europe and Asia, allow us to be ready for any specific request from customers to supply them with all kinds of materials.

Quality
We follow the Lean Manufacturing method, working for continuous improvement and optimization of the production system by reducing waste and activities that do not add value to the final product. With this objective, we solve problems at source, eliminating the unnecessary use of materials and reducing production times and associated costs.
In addition, we count on quality systems in each of the phases of the manufacturing process that minimize defects in production. Finally, we involve our regular suppliers in these processes, sharing information and reaching agreements with them to achieve continuous improvement.
Logistics
At ES Group we adapt to the conditions requested by the client with an integral operational capacity of the supply chain and complete transparency in the conditions of delivery of the goods.
In most of the countries we operate, ES Group can offer “door-to-door service”, assuming full responsibility for transportation until the goods are unloaded at customer’s address.
